Project Procurement

The selection of appropriate procurement methods needs to reflect the scale, complexity, risk, market conditions and client requirements to ensure effective project delivery.  Opus is able to draw upon its international expertise which covers both a range of commercial terms together with method and performance based specifications to advise on the most appropriate procurement methodology for a specific project.

Construction Management

Successful project outcomes are based on effective collaborative working arrangements whether partnering, alliance, private finance initiative (PFI’s).  Opus has participated in many successful main project delivery outcomes as client advisor, contractor advisor or partner.  These projects include construction of new infrastructure and also maintenance and management of existing infrastructure and operations.
