Kate has gathered considerable experience on wide-ranging projects for the Opus Research Behavioural Sciences team, and regularly manages large-scale data collection projects.

Kate has a background in cognitive psychology and criminology. She’s been a researcher in the team for six years and has extensive experience in research methods, survey design and experimental human performance testing.

Kate is skilled in a range of data analysis techniques and her areas of focus have included natural hazards, transport safety and sustainability, urban design, testing for older drivers, and health and safety in agriculture.

Kate has been a member and coach of the St Mary’s Old Girls Netball Club for the last seven years and is a keen runner.
