Rosslyn is a senior research engineer with over 13 years’ experience in geotechnical and pavement design and research in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Rosslyn has been involved in the consulting, local authority and research environments. This has given her an understanding of the drivers specific to each.
Her experience includes pavement design, analysis and research, and the development of best practice guidelines. This complements a geotechnical background including slope stability, retaining wall, pile design, dam legislation assessment and finite element modelling.
Rosslyn is working on a four-year project funded by the MBIE. This looks at developing more sustainable underground networks following an earthquake. It incorporates both pavement and geotechnical concepts.
Rosslyn enjoys time outdoors with family and friends.
