Abigail is an urban scientist with a background in environmental and conservation management in New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
She is familiar with a range of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis techniques, including questionnaire design, interviewing, focus groups, and multiple criteria analysis techniques.
Since joining Opus Research in 2008, Abigail’s research has related to the fields of urban sustainability, spatial data needs and governance, business and urban recovery following natural disasters, the influence of transport and retail geographies on urban form, and the safety of older drivers.
She has also provided expert reviews of environmental and cultural asset management strategies.
Abigail enjoys outdoor pursuits, gardening, and spending time with her young family.
