We helped Lincoln University to develop a total site asset management plan
The plan included buried services and the three waters – storm, sanitary and potable water.
Opus property services helped Lincoln University to develop a total site asset management plan. We were responsible for the buried services including storm, sanitary and potable water (“three waters”), steam and condensate return systems.
The project happened over three phases. We initially produced a complete site plan as there wasn’t one already, before identifying site services and overlaying them onto the site plan. Lastly we provided a condition assessment of the services.
