Opus International Consultants Ltd’s Chairman, Basil Logan, said the response from New Zealand and Australian institutions and New Zealand retail brokers had been extremely positive.

“The final price of $1.65 per share is very close to the top end of the Indicative Price Range previously set. We have had an excellent response to our recent road show and bookbuild process. There was strong support from a wide range of investors, comprising New Zealand and Australian institutional investors and New Zealand retail investors.

It is pleasing to see recognition of Opus’ strong market position in New Zealand’s infrastructure sector; our proven growth record, and the continued opportunities for growth across New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.”
