  • New Zealand’s record performance underpinned the Group with Operating EBIT up 47.6% on the first half and a full year Operating EBIT of $36.9m.

Our overall carbon dioxide emissions (CO2e) decreased by 12%, which equates to a 9% decrease in CO2e per full time equivalent employees.

International travel reduced by nearly 40%, and domestic by 14% as part of a drive to use online collaboration tools.

Paper usage extrapolated from volume data collected in New Zealand showed a 42% reduction in carbon emissions.
